Give your team individual support
We recognise that everyone has different requirements, goals and motivations. To make the most impact, we offer online 1 to 1 reviews with your team members. Our Nutritionists provide tailored dietary and lifestyle recommendations based on your team members individual healthy eating and health challenges. Recommendations made are clear, practical and realistic.
Individual reviews are typically completed in 15 minute slots and repeated after a 12 week period.
Valuable health markers
In addition to weight and BMI, our reviews provide your team members with more significant and actionable indications of their health, including:
- Body fat % – how much fat are you storing?
- Metabolic age – If your metabolic age is older than your actual age, you need to make some changes to your diet and exercise regime
- Hydration levels – being under hydrated can significantly impair your performance and how you feel. Check if your levels are sufficient
- Waist circumference assessment – carrying too much weight around the middle increases your risk of a myriad of health issues. We show you how to complete this easy waist:height check, which you can replicate at home to measure your progress
These results make it easy to provide motivation and clear goals to participants. All reviews are fully confidential, allowing your team the confidence to share details of where they need support.
Based on an individual’s body composition results and a brief dietary review, our Nutritionists make recommendations specific to each person’s requirements. We agree 3 main dietary or lifestyle changes to focus on and a review date, usually 3 months later, to measure progress and review objectives.
