Your Nutritionist will also review your food diary on a weekly basis to help you identify areas for change and make practical suggestions for healthier habits and alternatives.
Each week you will be given a meal plan and some tasty and easy recipes to help you build a repertoire of healthy meals, whether you are feeding one or a family. We believe in eating real food, without counting points or calories or using protein bars or other meal replacements.
We focus on healthy habits and fat loss, rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes. Your Nutritionist will check your weight, body fat, hydration levels, metabolic age and also review your waist and hip measurements. You will see the numbers confirming what your clothes are telling you – real fat loss and a healthier change in your shape.

Try this simple test to check if you are carrying too much fat around your middle. YOUR WAIST SHOULD MEASURE LESS THAN 50% OF YOUR HEIGHT E.g. if you are 5’6’’ your waist should be less than 33 inches
1. Take a piece of string and measure your height.
2. Fold the string into half
3. This should fit comfortably around your waist
