Our ‘Healthy Competition’ team challenge helps your team to take gradual steps towards a healthier diet and lifestyle, focusing on healthy eating, exercise, mindfulness and balance. Individual support and group activities provide the motivation your team need to meet their chosen challenge.
Regular support and motivation
The challenge can be run over a 6, 8 or 12 week period and includes
- Fun and interactive healthy eating talks by our nutrition team
- Exercise advice from our personal trainer
- Mindfulness talk and exercises with our mindfulness experts
- Individual dietary reviews and coaching
- Before and after body composition reviews
- Weekly recipe and ‘tip of the week’ email
- Optional weekly food plans, recipes and support
- Optional before and after heart health tests
- Food demonstrations can be incorporated in talks
