Our ‘Get Healthy’ challenge can be run over a 6, 8 or 12 week period and includes
- Weekly healthy eating talks provided by our team of qualified nutritionists
- Weekly individual dietary reviews
- Before and after body composition reviews
- Weekly recipe and ‘tip of the week’ email
- Optional weekly food plans, recipes and support
- Optional before and after heart health tests
- Food demonstrations can be incorporated in talks
- Exercise demonstrations by our personal trainer partners can be included
